Tasked to establish and facilitate the development of an Alliance contract model for the design and construction of the Mount William Dam ($30M). This involved working with Solid Energy to broker the Alliance agreement with suppliers and to achieve process and cultural alignment with all parties during the interim and permanent alliance stages.
